Do not rent from this location. I booked a 16ft Cube Truck for 10am today, when I arrived the lights were on but the doors were locked. I waited close to 25min before Max showed up, not even clear he works there as he did not dress the part. He proceeded to tell me that the truck I reserved was rented by someone else because his adages didn't tell him to save it?! I made a reso! He also 'pretended' to call his manager Krystal stating she doesn't pick up the phone very often. This place is a joke, to don't trust a move with them.
