Moved in April. He underestimated the amount he needed to move and suggested we use our own vehicle. Initially appeared charming but became angry after his worker drove his truck into my garage/roof. He said he'd pay for the repairs and has still NOT PAID the repair company (its been almost 2 months with a lot of frustration in agreeing on a company for repairs). Save yourself the headache and go with another company. *UPDATE* Austin read this review and said he wouldn't pay until i removed this

Our movers, Kurt and Dominic were very knowledgeable, quick and with lots of strength and easy to deal with. they move my 2 bedroom apartment in 4hrs despite the snow and foggy weather. in general I will definitely use Helping hands family movers again and will recommend to anyone looking to hire movers.

They got our stuff wrapped up and into their truck much quicker than expected. If you are moving, ask for this crew; they are efficient, honest and seem to love what they do. I have to agree with some of the positive reviews on here. these guys worked extremely hard. they moved our stuff from Millwood to twin brook. in just under 9hrs, despite having a lot of stuffs. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a well managed moving company. very polite and friendly. happy costumer.

If you guys still in business I will for sure hire you guys a second time. having you guys pack and move our belongings was the best experience I ever had when it comes to moving. the only thing was that the truck provided was small so they have to do two trips. other than that the move was just a breeze. I must say, this was the easiest move ever. Buka and his guys were on time, moved quickly and efficiently and got the job done perfectly. We had no issues, and they even unloaded my uhaul that was loaded up with stuff I loaded my self. I would recommend them to anyone that has to move. Spoke with Melissa I think it was who was very rude on the phone as they had come for a walk through to give an estimate and plans had changed as I had just got a call that my mom had a massive heart attack and we were running out the door when her guy showed up. He was supposed to call before he arrived and had he called I would have explained the situation. VERY RUDE listen before you speak! Will NEVER recommend this business because if they won't listen from the start I can't imagine the rest

The movers were very friendly. Took great care wrapping and moving our furniture. No damages to any of our stuff. Were here on time. Great price. We highly recommend them they are a small company. And, next time we move we are defiantly using them. Moving truck was clean.

Moving out to a new location has always been a nightmare situation to me. I can't thank the guys from, Helping hands family movers enough for a stress free service rendered on Thursday. A colleague from work recommended I should use them. though the price was not the cheapest however it worth the service very accommodating and absolutely know what they are doing. helping hands is indeed a company I can recommend to anyone looking for movers. They move me out from my small bungalow house in 4hrs and also took care of my furnitures and expensive table top dining table. Though I was so worried about it being broken. I promise then I will write them a review and yes those guys knows absolutely what they re doing.
