    Owned by new owner. Very expensive. No quotation prior to work. Arbitrary pricing. Upsell. Bought battery and he said 269$. Lorcdo said $180. Then he said he will match the retail price. Come again twice get charged more, countless issues of overselling over production acting to inflate a problem. WiLloyd always say it's basically safety issues that convince your car is not road worthy. Grab three credit cards to pay dearly

    So the DOT pulle...

    So the DOT pulled my van off the road because of "more than 1/8 of an inch play in the tie rod end" and so I thought this was going to be a no brainer. It was simple and when I went in to Sands and Sons I just asked for a quote on replacing a tie rod end. The lady at the desk gave me a quote of 1 hour at 110/per. When I got there with the van I was now told they also needed to do a front end alignment which was going to be another $180. Because I know how to replace a tie rod end, I also know that the front end alignment isn't essential so I waved it. What I did do at this point was confirm the original quote of 110. Now when I came to p/u the van the sweetheart at the desk gave me a bill near 200. I explained and complained to the owner of which I will spare you the details. What they did was additionally charge me a1/2 hour for a diagnosis. I told them what was wrong and all they needed to do was tell me which tie rod end needed to be replace. Obviously the slogan here is not supersize me but rather up charge me. I am pretty sure this company wouldn't be a good choice considering how they treated me on even such a simple job as this.

    What prompt inexpensive service I recived today. Turns out I was dealing with the owner Robert. Hands down I would use them and trust them again.
