    Our washer was ma...

    Our washer was making an unusually loud noise and was shaking hard. We called Kelowna Refrigeration. The owner's son handles the phone calls. He was very friendly and helpful. He said his dad would be able to come on the same day. Jakob, the owner, arrived on time. He was able to diagnose the issue right away; the expense of replacing the parts would be too high, and recommended to buy a new one. He suggested reputable brands and why. We were extremely happy with the service provided.
