Awful service. I’ve been shopping around to different glasses stores in the city for the past couple days and I had yet to meet such unhelpful customer service. I left feeling shocked that the sales rep did not want to help us or chose not to help us. Pompous vibe.

I've been going to Lens R Us for close to 10 years, and I'll never go anywhere else. The first rep I dealt with was Nathan, and since my first visit he has always remembered my name, the glasses I bought etc., and he and the other staff have always offered top class customer service, going above and beyond to meet my needs. I bought my first glasses from this store and will continue buying contacts and glasses from them as long as they are around! Excellent service and excellent product!!

Great service

After years of being dissatisfied from a number of opticians/optometrists a friend told me about lens r us, and am I ever glad I listened! Not only did I get the best eye exam I have ever had I also just picked up my new eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses- (that's what prompted me to write this review)-they are fabulous and I can honestly say I have never seen clearer!!! Five stars all the way! Thanks to everyone at Lens r us!!
