Extermly good place. Wonderful enviroment with lots of bushes, trees, and a nice yard. The building are very clean and neat. The manager is the nicest person you will ever meet. The rent cost is also the lowest in Victoria.

best place ever to live

pretty greasy place. Apartments were filthy and looked like construction sites. I remember the manager pouring the remains of an old budweiser down the bathroom sink as she walked us through one of the apartments. By far the worst first impression I ever got from looking at a rental. Also the manager seemed like a pretty mean lady. She gave me a really hard time when she first met me. She swore at me and laughed at my workplace. Very run down place with lots of insects and rats. Overall bad.

The place is very expensive. The rent increases every year. The doors and windows are always broke. The management fails to fix lights. The pieces of ceiling falls sometimes.

Garbage place. The management treats you like dirt. Doors are broken. Light bulbs are never replaced. Heater fails to turn. They increase rent by 10% every 12 months so it gets expensive very fast.

If you are thinking of moving here? DON'T! The grounds are nice but that's an illusion. Nothing is done to the interiors. Nothing. There are mice. The managers do nothing but collect rent cheques. You are on your own. The washers and dryers are crappy. Paper thin walls. Rotten floors and won't replace carpets or paint. Nothing is done. The managers just let the suites rot until a tenant moves out. Terrible place to live :(

The buildings are...

The buildings are infested with mice and silver fish and the cheap paint chips off constantly, which is particularly unpleasant on your dishes. Closet doors fall off shortly after you move in and will not get fixed. Management will blame you when you ask them to fix anything!

A nice, family oriented building but the managers are condescending and the laundry is way to expensive. The dryers don't work!

A bad place to live in

I used to live there for more than 2 years, during this time, I found that the mangers don’t return the half month deposit paid when you occupied the apartment, they always complain about the cleaning of the suit even if you get provisional people to clean it, the do that for every body to get as much money out of the deposit as they can, on the other hand, when you move in , you will find the apartment in a bad cleaning condition, they just take the money without doing any cleaning, it happen to every body I know who used to live in this complex - The heating in all the building is very bad, you feel cold all the time even if you turn the heater to the maximum - The laundry is not in all buildings, you need to take your laundry to the next building if you are not lucky to have it in your building, they don’t let you know that before you take the apartment - It takes them many months to fix any broken machine in the laundry room - They never show the facility like the laundry room , Byck room and the pool when you move in, you just have to guess where they are - You have to pay to much for them to have a professional cleaners for the blinds - I don’t recommend any body to live there and deal with the current management
