When Cindy Greyell started running the café and food truck, she already had a lifetime of catering experience behind her; she has always been a free-thinking artist with a passion for food: "Working on my own gives me the latitude to change things up," she says. "I've travelled a lot and I have a lot of experience with different cultures and different foods."
