Maid In Victoria

Very disappointing. I booked online for a 3 hr 40 min clean. Got 2 email reminders and a phone call the day before then nobody showed up on the day. After waiting 1 1/2 hours I called them to find out that the cleaner had called in sick. I rebooked for the following week, they offered 2 people for 2 hours. On that day one man showed up, an hour late, then snuck out after 2 hours without speaking to me. The office was not at all concerned that I was unhappy their service. Will not use again!

Overall an amazing experience, the team was on time, did a very thorough job. Loved the online booking system so easy and quick!

Showed up on time, the on-line booking process was super simple and straightforward. The girls did a amazing job, also the discounts they offer for recurring cleanings are awesome!I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends or family. Thanks again
