DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY WOULD REPOSSESS YOUR VEHICLE EVEN AFTER YOU PAID THEM. YOU HAVE UNTIL THE NEXT DUE DATE YOUR ACCOUNT MUST BE CREDITED AFTER YOU MAKE THE PAYMENT BUT THEY TOOK MY VEHICLE!

Auto Focus helped me find a vehicle and provided financing when nobody else would. The people are kind, friendly and understanding. Lets be clear, this is a high risk sort of venture for them. They are not a major bank, they need their customers to pay so of course there are fees. When life happens, they will work with you. If in return you are willing to live up to what you sign then you wont find a better company to deal with.
Easy to deal with ... upfront and great to work with in a time of need.

Thank you for your positive response. Auto Focus Canada tries very hard to be clear to make sure our customers understand our contract and terms so that they are easy follow and that there are no misunderstandings. We also appreciate ALL of our GOOD customers who make it a pleasure to offer credit to those in need.
I find that they are willing to work with me in the event I have an issue in making the Monthly Payment. yes there is a small fee but as long as you give proper Notice -they will accommodate the request. In my type of work- This is required on a regular basis. They were also the only ones willing to help me out in my time of need.

Thank you for your kind response. We work with our customer to offer financial services, even when scheduled payments are missed. Customer like yourself that call in advance and keep to the new schedule allow us to be flexible when necessary to accommodate our customers. WE understand that some customers cannot make a payment from time to time and we try our best to accommodate this by allowing our customers to make up the payment at a future agreed upon date.
Don't do business with them. These people are so friendly upon initial business, but they're thieves. They have no reasonable excuse for charging thousands of dollars. The service is poor and you talk to the same person every time. So disappointed with this company and the way they do things.
Worst company to do business with, you miss one payment of $75.00 and they take your car! Threaten to sell your car or pay them $4800.00. Be warned do not do business with them!!!!

We sent 5 emails to you and spoke to you directly about remitting your dishonoured payment, NSF fee and late fee over a 35 day period You were warned if the payment was not remitted immediately, your car would be repossessed. It was CLEARLY your choice to remit the payment. If you do not fulfill your part of the agreement & make monthly payments on time, you will loose your car. Arguing about your dishonoured payment & our nominal admin fee then not paying the bill will lead to the loss of car.
They're all nice to you when you get the loan.. Anything happens they're ready to repossess your car and not willing to help you out in any case. Just ready to add more "fees" to your loan. Horrible company!

We take our payments dates very seriously and when you have a payment that is returned by your bank due to INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, we change an NSF Fee. We allow for 7 days to remit your dishonoured payment and then LATE fees apply. Our fee structure is CLEARLY outlined in the contract when you decided to receive our company's money and when we issue a loan, we expect to be paid... and on time.
