Blue Bird Taxi

The drivers won't wear masks. They to themselves or off your money. They take the long routes and back track at your expense. If they don't have the change they owe you, they simply charge you more then the metre. If the speed limit is 60 they drive 36 to 41mph on a set road with no cars ahead of them. It's rediculas.

Prompt service, friendly driver, reasonable rates.

Wait time was half hour, then I was told they are cash only. all I had was plastic.

I wish I could rate this lower. I called an hour before I needed to be picked up. I called at 8 pm and asked to be picked up. I was told be 5-15 minutes. I only called blue bird because it was baby bonus and a Friday so the wait for central was about 45 minutes. I usually take central. I closed the store at 920, the time I asked to be picked up. I waited an hour and 45 minutes. Not to mention this was the COLDEST night we had, had this winter. I had frost bite on my toes and nearly on my fingers I was outside so long. I called the operator multiple time and they operator was EXTREMELY RUDE, and ignorant. I was blamed for the situation. Not to mention when I finally got picked up, the cab driver was rude, and charged me full price. I paid over an hours worth of wages for nothing. Even if central is busy, stick with them. Bluebird is not reliable.

I would rate this taxi company lower if I could. We waited for an hour and a half for a taxi outside of the mall and it still didn't come. I called twice after the initial call. The first time I was told someone took our cab and they would send another. I waited another half an hour called again and was told it would be 10-12 mins before the driver would be free. Waited another half hour and called another company. Foolish

I have blue bird taxis service take me and my children to school for school run, ive been late a few times in the past but i normally get there on time or a bit early, when calling them they normally get right on it and they get to my home alright even though its not the easiest street to find and for the most part a number of drivers i have great talks with and love their company while driving keep up the great service

I had to take my daughter to school. It was a very cold morning. They told me the wait was 45 minutes. So i ended up using Central Taxi. And central was way cheaper and better

Half an hour late, pathetic service

I needed to catch a train home at 9, so I called Bluebird at 5 to let them know to come and get me at 8. The operator was brash, rude and hardly pleasant. And to make things worse, the driver showed up half an hour late, despite my repeated attempts to call the taxi service and ask them where he was. The driver was a ZZ-top-esque man who looked like he was smoking far too much of something, while claiming that he couldn't find my house: which is marked on every map I've seen of the area, google maps and has a massive driveway. Of course I missed my train and I'm out 60 dollars. Very angry at this company. Not recommended.
