I have been using their products for my business for many years saving $500-$700 per year on my ink costs. Prompt service and knowledge about printers.

I’ve actually been a customer for several years. I have a brother printer MFC-J625DW, and I’ve had the cartridges refilled in the neighbourhood of about 10 times. There’s never been a problem; the refills are done affordably; the work is done quickly. Not sure, but the other reviewers might’ve just had crappy printers or spent cartridges?.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY I wanted to reduce my ink costs and felt the Ink N Toner depot was a viable alternative in saving time and money. I was WRONG. I spent over 3 hours trying to correct HP software issues as explained to me by the owner and ended up with end result of the product being defective rather than the new printer. Tried to work with owner to find a solution and was ranted on. I expect business ethics, not disrespect. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Be well, be safe.

Be warned. Ink and Toner Depot does not back up its work. I had colour and black cartridges filled and when I went to install them in my printer most were dripping ink into the bag provided by the company. What a mess! I was blamed me for the leaks and even criticized for not using bleach for the cleanup. The company representative refused consideration for any level of refund, and then hung up on me, preventing any further discussion. I am out over $65 and am back to using OEM cartridges.
