HORRIFIC experience!! I told the hairdresser not to touch my bangs and she gave me full on short bangs which will take years to grow out. Not to mention the colour was way off then what I asked for. She proceeded to tell me that next time I should tell her what red to use (Im not a hairdresser...I figured a picture would be sufficient). When I called to tell the Manager that I was displeased with the service she told me there was nothing she could do and she hung up on me.
