The restaurant was busy for lunch and our table was just being cleared off when we were directed to sit down. Due to how busy they were, our table wasn't completely clean and the chairs needed to be wiped down. There are no napkins on the table, so we had to wait for the waitress to bring us some so that we could wipe the seat. The fresh rolls were rolled very loosely and the sauce was extremely runny (it's usually a little thick) and tasted strongly of vinegar. The vegetables that came with the soup looked fresh. The soups were average, but the chicken was chopped up dark meat that was a little fatty. The noodles were overcooked and the broth was not flavoured well. We might give it another chance since it is the only Vietnamese restaurant in the area, but we're not setting our expectations very high.
Excellent surroundings, food and service!
I loved the pork balls, and my partner loved the wonton soup, but overall we were pleased with everything! The service was fast, friendly, and very attentive, always cleaning too. We will definitely return again!
my husband and I go there all the time. best place in town for fresh, healthy authentic vietnamese food and so reasonably priced! great help from the owner and his staff if you don't know what you want to order.

I must say I phoned in my order from across the way and they said 5 mins. Fast service great portions and unbelievably delicious, Rather than the usual burger with fries if you want healthy I strongly recommend Big Bowl.
