The team is wonderful; pleasant; always offers great recommendations and makes an effort to truly get to know and understand their customers needs. The quality of the floral bouquets and arrangements is always excellent. The flowers are fresh, and with the proper care last for a very long time. As residents of Streetsville and being customers for many years we highly endorse this amazing florist!

horrible service

do not order flowers to be delivered from this store. they will not deliver your flowers on time and will leave them outside if no one is there. they deliver the flowers at their convinience not when you have requested and they will not try to accomidate you. their customer service is horrible. i have ordered flowers while i was out of the county for a wedding asked to be delivered in a 2 hour time frame window mean while the flowers were delivered 4 hours earlier and they left them at some store because the wedding hadnt started yet and no one was there. thata my story just want to give everyone a heads up to what your in for.
