Disgusted with the service, one rude delivery driver being a jerk broke the fridge and I had to wait 3 months for a new one. Then when I was told what day it was coming I got a call to set up delivery days away... never purchasing anything again. This was St. Catharines Brick.
I went shopping for a TV at the Niagara Falls location and Marzanna was very knowledgeable as well as kind and prompt. I decided to buy a TV based off of all the information she gave me. Thank you again Marzanna!
We recently bought a 3 piece dinette from The Brick on Montrose in Niagara. There was an issue so I called and spoke to a "Customer Service" Rep who said "Once delivery has been accepted there is nothing we can do". At which point I asked to speak with the Manager. Apparently he was on a conferece call but she would have him call me back...I'm still waiting...since Tuesday at 3:45! That Manager should be ashamed! Customer Service? More like Customer Disregard!
Jacquie the customer service manager, went above and beyond to rectify a concern I had. Even though the mistake was mine she was very tolerant and helped me see where I had miscalculated. Not easy to do politely.
