I was waiting for 40 minutes!! Missed my connecting GO Bus.
Incredibly bad service and badly organized dispatch team.
Im sorry but this company has gone downhill. Apparently its ok for dispatchers to be rue to customers, when you message them about a grievance. A friend of mine had a recent issue with them, addressed them about it and the damn operator was very ignornant via text speaking in all capitals and had the audacity to side with the drivers, who were lying. Im sorry but it is WRONG to insinuate that a customer is LYING ! and not only that but he/ she had the nerve to call her rude. POOR SERVICE

I was in a predicament and Donna at City Wide Oshawa went above and beyond to help me. I was so impressed with her resourcefulness and kindness. Based on my interaction with her, I will always use City wide when needed.
