I bought a couch 6 months ago and it creaks ever time anyone sits on it! The material started cracking even though I use the furniture care products they insisted would keep my couch looking brand new. I dont have any kids or pets and I was told I was getting there best quality furniture for the best price. Whenever I call to discuss my issues I get put on hold and always told someone will get back to me. Terrible furniture and horrible customer service. Dont waste your time or money buying here

bought a custom build sectional @Richmond hill location 2 months and it came even early then they promised. BTW they have more collections from their catalogs, just tell them what you need and they will find it for you.

I bought a customized sectional sofa here. and it is excellent. I choose the color, size and material I want. I really love it. Best service and appreciate for the help.

Buona Furniture Delivered a Defective "Milano" Leather Couch

Buona Furniture (Richmond Hill location) delivered to us on June 1st 2016 a defective white leather sectional. The paint started to fade on certain areas of the couch after a few weeks. We first noticed the fading June 20th 2016. We were blamed for "wearing" out the couch. they refused an exchange. It"s now Sept 1 2016 and Buona is being sued by us in order to get a refund. W do not recommend doing business with this disreputablke company.
