    Our floors are bubbling and separating and we have an extended 25 year ware and tear warranty and they won't cover it. Worst customer service ever.

    This company (St. Thomas location owned and operated by Andrew May)lacks the competence in appropriate customer service. Save yourself time and money and take your business to a more competent company.

    Hi Joel, I am not aware of any issues you had with me or our customer service. Would you please contact me with your concerns so that they can be addressed. I take pride in servicing our customers and can only do so when I am aware of the situation.
