Rude unprofessional staff need customer service courses

I understand it’s the holiday season and some customers are rude but that doesn’t mean the employees should just be rude to all customers

I should say customers shouldn't drop anything in the store!One of the staff here is super rude with extremely bad attitude!I almost felt like talking to the manager due to this experience.Even if I dropped the clothes accidentally,i apologizedidn't several times, the staff didn't need to pin point & pass rude comments!His bad attitude is very unprofessional.H&M should have a good team of salespersonstaff!I wouldn't go back to shop at this store!
