Completely dissatisfied with the cleaning provided, the lack of customer service following was perhaps worse

Simply the best. I'm pretty picky and a bit on the cheap side. Maid Here let me book hourly so that I could have the cleaner work on all the hard stuff and leave me with the dusting. Got all my floors done, full service in my kitchen and 1.5 baths with their minimum 3 hours of service.

Awful service - asked for professional deep cleaning, they provided 8 hours of light tidying. Not at all what we were expecting. Even worse customer service resorted to name-calling when we called to say we were unsatisfied.
