I’ve been there twice and was very well served. The food is delicious, authentic and the portions are generous. I brought my boyfriend, who’s a chef, and he loveddd it. Definitely recommending to my friends and family.

1 étoile parce que le système ne permet pas zéro. Il existe donc encore des restaurants qui font de la discrimination. Tables vides, bouncer, paraît-il que c’est le proprio ! Que fait-il dans ce business ? 2 jeunes adultes, bien habillés, refusés à l’entrée, et restaurant vide. A vous qui faites de bons commentaires, vous cautionnez ce type d’attitude en 2018 ? S’il vous plaît passez votre chemin, il y a bien de meilleurs restaurants respectueux, bons et dignes d’intérêt.

Pire restaurant de Griffintown! Aucun respect des réservations, un gérant et un propriétaire arrogant qui font de l’intimidation envers leurs clients afin que vous mangiez vos 3 services en dedans d’un heure! Si vous arrivez là sans botox et faux seins oubliez ça... Ils n’auront aucun intérêt à vous faire passer une belle soirée!

Le propriétaire est vraiment, mais vraiment désagréable. Aucune façon et traite les clients comme si c’e Eux qui devraient être accommodants.

Perhaps these gentlemen forgot they were operating in Canada. I read some reviews referring to the restaurant’s poor service, but I thought to try it for myself. The negative reviews were correct. Aesthetically the restaurant is very appealing, but incredibly rude staff. With all of the incredible choices for dining in Montréal, this need not be on anyone’s list. They most definitely don’t deserve your patronage or mine.

No respect for their customers. As they feel they are too busy, they chose to have an attitude and are taking for granted their popularity. Shame on them. We will never ever go back to that restaurant.

This place just opened in my neighborhood and it is awful! I ate here 3 times and every time the owner is rude and impolite. First Visit ____ The owner which is also the manager and hostess does not belong in this restaurant. The owner never has any tables available. Placed us besides the washrooms on all 3 occasions only to find out from the waitress there were plenty of tables in the back. Never going back here again and will tell all my neighbors in the Lowney 3 and 4 not to support this

Management - bad customer service

We went for dinner (9 adults, 2 kids (6 and 10 yrs old)). The restaurant doesn't offer kids meals/portions so we asked if the could do pasta with tomato sauce and they agree. It turned out that the charged the kids plates as gnoccies for $19 each. 2 plates of pasta for the kids for $38 and there was nothing special about it! The waitress brought our bill to the manager for adjustment and he refused to change the price! I was amazed about the bad customer service and poor judgement...really?
