Came home after a trip to -25C temps, furnace not running and icicles hanging under each water pipe valve in the house. After hours service came within the hour despite snow and terrible road conditions. Knowledgeable staff resolved the furnace issue and confirmed there were no water pipe leaks after the pipes had thawed. The staff is professional, courteous and keep you informed throughout the service call. I will definitely use AR Wright for future service needs.
