Phyllis and the entire team at Bow Valley Insurance have always been helpful and prompt with regards to any changes or questions about my policy. They are always reviewing my policy and are looking to save me some money where possible. You get the feeling that they actually care about their clients.

HORRIBLE SERVICE Made a home insurance quote request online and specifically asked for this office to contact me/create the quote. No one returned my call...nearly a week later I called them directly and asked if they ever received my request/some record of it and after having to repeat myself, the guy just hung up on me! Clearly customer service does not exist here and explains why they arent acting on their on-line leads.

I called Intact Ins. 1 800 number and directed to Mow Valley Ins. I spoke to a very helpful person named Maria. She was very efficient and quick to give what I wanted and needed for insurance . When I went to the office to pay, I was greeted warmly by all staff. I look forward to dealing with this office in the future. Good job!
