Incredibly unorganized I had a talk with the orthodontist about a plan to get braces, the reception and other staff kept talking about Invisalign which I did not want. I was very surprised when I spoke with the orthodontist again as he knew nothing about this and why they were doing this fast forward a few months, I’ve gotten my braces I call to schedule next tightening and they ask if I’ve gotten my Invisalign trays yet, unbelievable, so many issues with organization and communication.

Have been coming here for last two months. They were good initially but after few weeks found them to be more unprofessional than any other dentist in the area. They call more people than their space and make them wait beyond appointment time. Once I was booked for an appointment even though doctor wasnt there, and very casually doctor says I have to come again on this Saturday. Here on Saturday now, 20 mins already no doctor!

The first time I went there (about 2 years ago) I loved it. The dentist, at the time, was amazing and really cared about his clients. Then, unknowing to me, they sold it. The last time I went (6 months ago) was horrible. The hygienist was nice enough but she was a temp and had no idea how to work the x-ray machine. She called over 2 more hygienists to try and get it to work and, I think, eventually, got it working. Although she said she didn't get one shot but that was "okay". All in between thi
