I went to exchange some dresses that didn't fit. Originally I used a 40% off coupon and when I went to exchange the coupon didn't work. So ATU the customer service manager told me its not his problem. So I had to pay full price and the dresses I returned I only got 60% back for them. He needs a lesion on how to treat customers because I wouldn't dare to treat a customer like that for a simple override. ITS NOT MY FAULT THE CHANGE ROOMS ARE CLOSED. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
