Went through drive thru on feb 18th 2020. Couldn’t hear anything through the speaker when I pulled up and after saying hello several times I decided to just pull up to the window. Manager on site started yelling at me as soon as she opened the window saying she’s on a timer and that I wasn’t speaking because she couldn’t hear. I asked why I would lie and she yelled some more. Learn some manners. She shouldn’t be working in customer service. Get rid of her.
