Went in one week to add a new phone to our plan. Josh helped us add it quickly and efficiently, even suggesting a complementary phone number to mine. A week later, we returned looking to update a different phone and he recognized us, took us as customers and again helped us quickly and efficiently. This in the middle of Boxing Day! Cannot say enough about this young man’s client service attitude!
