We booked an appointment and waited all day. Nobody showed up nobody called. Very displeased.

Not very believable. Waited all day?? and never phoned to see if there was a mix up? If its true, are you sure got the right company? Or are you my competition, "fasterbyfar"? Faster at what? Cleaning windows? Actually, at Park Window Washing we are know for being on time. If we are going to be a bit late, we call.
