Forgot half the food the food they did send was cold and dry … thier idea of rectifying this is a 5 dollar refund on a 40 dollar order

We were there just about an hour ago and walked out because we were not served. The waiter brought us water and menus and told us he would be back for our order as soon as he took a payment. Well he took a payment brought a bill to another table had a personal conversation with another staff member seated another young couple took their order while we waited and never did he return to take our order so we got up to leave. The waiter said he brought us water. Very poor service.

Very dissatisfied chicken dry, ribs overcooked service ok not good value for the price we paid will not go back.
