We walked in to pick up some items for a bathroom reno and we’re so happy when we left. Mark spent a good deal of time with us as we wanted a custom shower for our space. He helped us look at all our options- from pre-fab to custom to total DIY. Thank you Mark - this was our best experience at HD ever!

bought a fridge, returned it because it was damaged, the replacement was also damaged, I was offered the display unit at full price. When I explained it was just my husband and I carrying the fridge because its hard to get someone to help(covid-19)We are both in our 60s, not easy carrying a fridge(twice) Home depots answer to me when I complained about how hard it was on my back, was they feel sorry for me of course I got upset. Unbelievable, Ill be writing a review about this where ever I can

Great help, bought a water heater in Kelowna, got it home and was damaged, return it to the Vernon store, exception help from Doug, and Shannon. Gave me a $50 gift card for all my trouble.
