Always a great experience
Bought a new bra, could not try it on because of covid, it did not fit, they would not take back as a return. No signage prominent indicating this, the items should have had a sticker placed on the packaging it saying that or your sales staff should have pointed that out at the till at the time you are paying for it. Then the return date/time to be able to return the item in Covid 19 time is not sufficient, as we are already past the 90 days allowed
I made a purchase and did not buy a plastic bag from them to put the item in. As I'm walking out the front door,was stopped by the greeter to see receipt!I asked why and she said bcs I wasnt carrying a plastic bag!I showed my receipt and left.This lady saw me paying for my item and YET I was stopped. I'm a young coloured female so as I walked out of the store,I wondered if I was stopped bcs Im young or bcs of my skin colour! It infuriated me to think that there are racist people in this country
90% if the time I come in I have to wait from 30-45 minutes to get an electric cart.Today there was only 2 working carts & one was in McDonalds.Poor customer service, many items out of stock, produce of poor quality.
