    The Midas I have ...

    The Midas I have gone to was unacceptable and unprofessional! 5788 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5J 1G8 (604) 437-8407 - I was been told off when they have made an appointment with me and without offering any apologize, he just said too bad we are too busy, you can leave now or make another appointment! Hes an older gentleman with a mustache! I end up driving to another Midas location and they got my vehicle done! they should educate this store manager or person to be more polite and friendly!

    Terrible service ...

    Terrible service . Everytime i had my car fixed , i went back 2 to 3 times to refixed. Monte, the serviice advisor , is not knowledgable of car fixing . When i went back to complain about not getting my car fixed , Monte will tell you a lot of alibis and stories. I will not recommend this repair shop to anyone.
