I selected a vehicle and completed the majority of the paperwork from Victoria then drove up for a 9:00am appointment to complete the sale. The associate didn't stroll in until 10:00am (making me late for work) and then told me that they had sold the vehicle I had reserved. Rather than calling me to let me know, he tried to sell me a more expensive vehicle after wasting my time and gas money. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle and decent customer service.
