Mo came to our rescue this morning in record time. He even beat us to the parking lot where our keys were locked in our car. He was so friendly and opened the car super quickly. I am grateful for such skilled, professional and personable service. You are awesome Mo, and I highly recommend Mario’s Towing.

Amazing service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have dealt with Mario’s several times and I am always happy with the service. From having my car towed, accident on the connector and locking my keys in the car, the staff have been helpful and pleasant to deal with. By far the best service in town!
Truck would not start in Superstore parking lot (on a non snow day) so called for a short local tow to a repair shop. Was told they will come within the hour so I waited. Called 1.5 hours later and was informed they were busy. Didn't care I waited for so long, didn't call me to say they are behind. Called another company that starts with an A and they arrived in 15 mins! Disappointed with Marios, will avoid them in the future.

Had a minor issue with the truck, thought I needed a tow truck. They pulled on site and asked what was wrong and helped me fix the issue. Didn't need to use the tow after all and didn't accept a payment of gratitude. Great service!!!
First my roadside sent for a flat deck and instead a rude driver reg tow shows So after almost two hours the deck shows. I'm getting ready for work, figure all is good he just needs to drive it on a deck. Not a minute after hearing the tow truck leave. Gentlemen that just moved in nextdoor, tells me he watched him damage my car . Said the deck was too high. Didn't even come tell me , so I rush down to dealership to see my car has front bumper dented and missing paint. Of course denying it.
Flat tire in the rain. Picked me up on an BCAA call. Tow truck has no jack! Doesn't listen to my explanation where my jack is. Puts car on flatbed and tows me further from home into the first driving snow of the season to a Midas and leaves me with the advice not to drive on a 'donut' in this dreadful weather. No kidding! So instead of solving my problem he arrived ill equipped, didn't listen and made my problem much worse and potentially dangerous.
Excellent service, very professional and very prompt. Either service has improved since previous reviews or the other reviewers were unlucky enough to have been bumped by an emergency call but in the two times I've had to call Marios I certainly did not experience any delays or rudeness. I would hope you reported that to the Marios management instead of just the internet.
These guys sure know how to live up to their poor reputation. I had my car impounded here for 7 days and although the initial gentleman that picked up my car assured me he would take of it, upon picking it up, I noticed damage to the bottom front end splitter. Mind you this is on a brand new car with about 800km at the time. This particular car I baby and I know for a fact there was no damage there. It's clear it was damaged during loading or unloading. They took no responsibility.
Troy and Nick were fantastic to help me. Don't bother calling anyone else, these guys care about your vehicle and beyond that they have customer service that goes the extra mile. Thanks again to Nick and Joy and Troy
Call anyone else! Was given a 15-30 min wait time for a simple boost. Two hours later, after calling twice for an update and given the "they're on the way" treatment. Showed up and treated me like an inconvenience to them. Unbelievable!
Car broke down and Marios towing was called at approx. 6:30 am. I was given a 30-45 min wait time. 4 hours later they finally showed up. Terrible. Call someone else
I got stuck on a snow bank, we called them and we were told they would be here in 15 min and we were the first on their list since it was 6:30am when we called!!! Never showed up, my husband called 25 min later and they said they would be here between 30-45 min, never showed up! We called again 1 hour later and they said the driver had just called to let us know they would be here in 3 min. Yes, right! My husband canceled and the other company he called was here in a heart beat!
Worst company ever they towed my daughters vehicle from a parking garage and damaged her vehicle. When ,my daughter confronted one of the employees about it their response was "you can afford it by the looks of the kind of car you drive". It was an older model bmw my daughter bought used for a deal. She's a student and can barely afford to pay for school let alone the damages mario's towing has caused her car. Where is the accountability with this company?
No other towing company compares to Mario's. They are definitely the best in the area. Quick, reliable, and inexpensive. The best in all of Canada. The drivers are always nice.
Don't ever trust your money with these people. I have made the mistake of doing business with this so called company multiple times. they have even damaged my car and denied it and got mad at ME. they like to treat they're customers like small people even when they are in the wrong. They towed my vehicle for not having a parking pass when it did and then forced me to pay for it anyway. They are completely unprofessional and badly trained.
