49th Parallel Towing

Excellent rescue when the car died at 49th Parallel Grocery. Service was friendly, and efficient. We were towed to the mechanic and then driven home. Maurice is in business because hes good at his job.

BCAA completely messed up a requested service call for me. Morris from 49th Parallel Towing selflessly came out and helped me out on Thanksgiving day with no charge to me or to BCAA as he was very upset with the customer service BCAA did not provide. Thank you Morris! I will be letting BCAA know that you are 5 stars!!!

BCAA forwarded call to owner or driver of this company to come unlock a door downtown Ladysmith. Driver said he will not come out as he had too long of a day and will have to wait until tomorrow. Car locked itself while key in ignition so car can't be left running for 8-10 hours...
