have been a regular customer for years, but this year their customer service and professionalism has taken and intolerable turn for the worse. I will never shop here again, they were rude, contradictory and not the least bit helpful. I was not allowed to pick my own wood, after paying a higher price for that privilege. They grabbed all wood, left it in a pile and left me to load myself. When I saw substandard pieces, I was told that they wouldn't sell any to me if I didn't take what they picked

Been buying my material from Grove Cedar for the last few years. Great office staff and the yard guys are great too. I never have to worry about the quality of their product as its always been great.
