I had to explain what was going on a few times. They were not willing to help in the beginning but in the end the manager sorted the issue out and resolved the problem perfectly! Very pleased and grateful.
Phone died on me and i took it in. They told me they didnt have a loaner...i went back that friday to see if they had a loaner yet ~ was told no. My hubby who had went to park the car went in just after me (didnt realize i had just been there) and asked about a loaner and yes they did. How does that work? Turns out my phone was there anyhow which he neglected to tell but refused to give it to hubby cuz it hadnt been processed yet. Phoned Telus and went to pick it up and it was totally dead!
just spent another 15 min on hold & no answer. PVR has been down for 2 days Internet goes down every couple of days. they charge me over $150 month for an AWFUL product with 0 help
