I´m very upset on my experience suffered due my hired that i did with this company, they left my renovation unfinish and full of poor quality everywhere, and the wort topic is that i needed to spend more beyond my budget to hire a true expert for finish the job.

I hired this company for a major renovation in my house but there were many delays and problems due to poor management of permits, and the manager only shows his face at the beginning, it is the misleading image of the company, it makes you trust them and sign but Now I regret the company is just appearance.

I almost had an accident due to the poor installation of the railing on my stairs that these people did to me, luckily I kept my balance but the railing fell to the floor of the ground floor, I made a strong claim to the construction company, but the manager never gave the face, I only sent a worker to reinstall and reinforce the railing.

I had a big trouble with that construction company manager, i spoke so clearly on my budget, i did a huge effort to get a credit, and he promise me to respect, he told me that in never case the proyect were more expensive than my budget limit, but was a lie and for his fault i couldn´t get done my home.

I felt as manager of that company, i hired them to do some changes inside my home, but the guys seemed very lost, they didn´t know about the proyect, not where to start, so i needed to be here to explain and, guide to them, in spite that i in advance spoke with their manager and sing a contract, but after all that not was my job. I understand that the guy have a lot of work, but is his responsability care and attend their constructions.

I´m very dissapointment, this guys from that company came to change my ceiling but did all bad, after that i had a lot humidity and leaks problems and lates so much in came to solve.

I hired they to renovate my wooden floor, I paid a lot for it because they installed the best quality one, and overall they changed the old pipes, and part of the ceiling. They claim to guarantee everything, but moisture stains and leaks appeared, and there was such a quantity that the ceiling, a large part of my floor were ruined, they came to repair under warranty but they only changed the ceiling, they would like to have my floor repaired. I have been insisting and they have been ignoring me.

I upload my experience because I think it is important to share that this company hires newbies perhaps due to the lack of qualified personnel and also these people come to work without adequate protection measures. When I hired them I obviously realized this to the extent that one One of them suffered an accident when one of the walls and part of the ceiling of the section that was going to be renovated collapsed because they were not doing things professionally and in a careless manner.

I´m now in a big dispute with them, i paid them to change the old walls of my houseload-bearing wall, cellulose insulation, inner and outer frame walls, structural sheating and more.I paid them a lot, however after delivery, by chance i discovered that i was deceived since they omitted to change many of the aforementioned parts or they were partially replaced and i paid for them to put everything new.

I am convinced that hiring this company is a danger for your budget, I saw their page and it convinced me, I did not take into account the comments against them, so I hired them to change my old roof, but soon the weather left the discovered their bad work, and as they comment here, they hesitate a lot to answer for their mistakes, and in the end we have to hire someone else and therefore spend more.

When you hire a company you expect professional work and apart from that you trust in the integrity and honesty of the people who work there, you trust in its prestige and you fully trust the people who represent it but I hired this company and I trust on them but I was a victim of robbery and the company did not want to take responsibility and unfortunately I have no evidence but only they entered my house and I found out that this has happened to other people who have also hired them.

Before hiring them I made it clear to them what my budget was and according to this they did my construction project for my house but three quarters of the way through the project they informed me that they could no longer continue because the costs had increased materials costs, however this excuse seemed unprofessional to me because before the project they assured me that they had planned everything and that I did not have to worry at all.

I hired them a time ago, they did my kitchen renovation, at firts my kitchen looked lovely, but quick with the past of time the evidence of poor quality of materials used in its manufacture began to appear. Im not an uncare person, i havent childs, and now after around two years my kitchen looks like an old kitchen, the cabinet doors are sagging, out of square, the same with the drawers, and they have not responded with the guarantee.

I hired them for my roof sheathing renovation but unfortunately after that i found shape of cracks in the issues drywall ceiling of my living room. I called to their manager but him never came, so call some one else, and told me about the damage due to the bad installation and poor quality of asphalt shingles, roofing felt, nailbase panels. I did to do a effort for achieve to get a budget for solve and fix this.

The big problem than i found with this company is about the poor comunication, poor supervise between manager and their workers, that result in an amount too much of mistakes during and after left than the company denied to solve. They blame themselves, play to confuse client, make time for try to tire client forget complaint.

I hired these people to renovate an old house I bought, but they did not respect the agreed budget, and the work was completed long after time and with many construction errors, I have had to hire other people to make the repairs to the facilities. badly made.

I spoke with the manager about my renovation proyect, and few time later we sing the contract, but the problems begans with the start of the renovation, seems obviously than the workers are newbies, they come but they not have any idea about their work, they appears so lost, i needed to called to the manager, and after that he send some one else but was the same case, i let that him finish, but the job is full of details, a several finished of so poor quality, and manager never attended.

After my bad experience with this company i learned and want to share that they not are that seems, they promise a lot, they creat a great expectation, but behind the curtain, behind the wonderful makeup, thereis a company that is in disarray, poorly organized, run by a manager who only sells you his image and deceives you into believing that his company is something that does not exist in reality.

They recommended that I change the old pipes in my bathroom, I got them myself, and I hired them to install them, they came and did their job, but some time later I decided to do an installation and when I broke the wall I realized that There were the same old pipes, I called them and complained but they told me that I was confused, that the work was done, but the detail is that I know well the pipes that I got and although I never saw the old ones I know perfectly well that those were not are

Right now confirm why this company is so bad, i hired this guys a time ago, i sent a proyect to the manager, and was clear about the details, the workers came and i just trusted than they will does the job according my proyect, but him not respected my proyect.
