Amazing customer service

I am only rating 1 star because it doesn’t go lower. I brought an iPad in to have the charge port repaired and paid $170. It was over 3 weeks for the first repair, then got it home and it didn’t work. Took it back in and got a song and dance saying too bad but they sent it away again to be repaired reluctantly. Another 3 weeks later I got it back and it worked that time... for a while. It started failing on and off again a month later and when I went in they said said too bad no warranty.

Brought my daughters cell phone in to get the screen replaced. They charged me $ 160 plus dollars to get that done, now I cant use the phone cause the SIM card slot is missing.I called them and they said they cant do anything about it cause the slot was not there when I brought the phone in. So now I have this brand new cell phone which I cant use cause I need the SIM card slot. I know for a fact the Slot was intact when I brought the phone in for a SCREEN REPLACEMENT.

Brought my son’s iPad there for repair , they charged me $150 to have the screen replaced, I was told it was going to Vancouver to be fixed. A day and a half after drop off I was called and told it was ready for pick up. Ummmm that was to fast I questioned wether it actually went anywhere and sure enough it hadn’t. A month after that I called to see when it would be back. And it had just showed up that day. I go and pick it up and nothing had been done. They tried to not refund me when I asked.
