It’s not just the quality of food that stands out at the Sub Garden located in Surrey’s Newton neighbourhood, it’s the assortment of choice as well.

A deli sandwich shop with a robust selection of fresh veggies and real chicken, owner-operator, Attina “Tina” Baggoo proudly affirms that, “Everything is prepared in store, daily.”

A quick glance at the veggie containers in behind the counter glass reveals a colourful medley of lettuce, carrots, black olives, pineapple, peppers, spinach, sprouts and more.

Up to six different types of chicken are offered, from jerk to lemon and herb, meaning there’s a good choice for anyone on the spice-spectrum, Tina jokes.

She adds, popular items like her wraps and the rice bowls are great choices that have come to fruition over time through trial, error and customer interaction.
