Very personable and thorough with our project. Jeff was great to work with.

Initial site visit was very pleasant with the engineer. He said we would be contacted within a couple of weeks. 1.5 months later still nothing. I inquired was told end of the week. 2 weeks later we received a quote of the price breakdown for the job but, no indication as to how much it could cost. Received an invoice for the initial visit very quick. Nobody has ever followed up. If you have a small job you are obviously not important to them. Money better spent anywhere else.

Bad communication. Doesn't take any urgent phone calls or emails.
