Macdonald's Prescriptions Store No 4

First time in pharmacy following my appointment with my ENT doctor to fill my new prescription I required for tomorrow. Mr Baker, the Pharmacist was most courteos and provided fast efficient service. I was impressed to see a sign showing he won the compounding pharmacy award for the year 2018. I congratulated him and wished him luck for 2019. He thanked me and I left felling like a very satisfied customer who had frequented his pharmacy for years while it was only my first visit. Most rewarding

Pharmacy sent out prescription without any detail on receipt so was rejected by extended health carrier. Pharmacy would not transfer prescription to another pharmacy as requested. Overcharged to ship out small package with prescription.

Very helpful staff, amazing service. My dermatologist always prescribes something that had to be compounded, and my previous pharmacy kept producing a product that would separate in less than a month of use. Macdonalds prescriptions made an amazing product, and they had it done in 20 minutes which is incredible! Will definitely be sending my compounds here.

Worst customer se...

Worst customer service and Allan Baker ,the pharmacist, has no respect for other people. Lied on the phone on numerous occasions and would not offer any kind of refund because they made a prescription that was twice as expensive ( $115) without ever mentioning that it would be more expensive in a gummy bear form vs. a liquid form. It would be helpful if more people mentioned about their experience with Allan.
