Misleading
Very disappointed with this company, and with virgin mobile. I am not a stupid person, I asked the right questions over and over again to ensure I wasn't being ripped off. My plan is $50 a month which actually costs me about $180 a month. Non of the services I wanted come at face value, my bills always have extra charges up to $120, how is that possible? I was talked into a plan that seemed cheap, I read the fine print carefully, and it is now going to cost me over $600 to get out of a plan I cannot afford as a student in the first place. Go with Fido, buy your phone online.. I will NEVER sign another contract again. Vancouver, BC
