Horrible experience, delayed project 6 months. They over charged me and wouldn’t refund money. And windows were not installed correct and we now have to do a major renovation to our home.

I would highly recommend Vinyl Tech to anyone installing window panes themselves. From the time I called to when I picked up my window, they were friendly and infinitely knowledgeable. When their competition told me they would need two weeks to manufacture, they turned it around in a day. They told me exactly how to install it, and it fit perfectly. I would use them again in a second and strongly recommend them.

Bad business. Asked for quote months ago and they kept saying they would give qoute, and never did. After repeated calls to them, they finally went to wrong address. Then they put me on the back burner again and assured me they would 'get to me'. Never did call back, not surprised this business is downsizing only tells customer what they want to here and do not follow through. For a small business that wants the local work they need to treat the customer better. Stay away.
