Completely unprof...

Completely unprofessional! Booked an appointment only to arrive and find out that no one actually booked appt. Into the computer. The lady at the desk than proceeded to talk across the entire bank to coworkers to find out who booked this appointment, and than told us it was her manager who had popped in earlier on day off must have booked appt and left. Once we did sit in the office the bank employee didnt have the professionalism to close the door, nor was she very informative of the basic questions we had regarding business account banking options, and instead of opening an account as we requested she gave us her personal opinions on the business itself which had nothing to do with opening the account.. This lady was so unknowledgable and unprofessional that not only will we NOT be using td bank for our lucritive business account we will also be closing our personal accounts and dealing with a bank where we can get professional service.
