The Keg Steakhouse & Bar The St James Keg

Service was great. Unfortunately my plate of food was awful, the ribs tasted stale, the chicken was ok but taste like frozen chicken . I did complain to my waiter who discussed with his mgr. The manager decided I ate most of the plate so he wouldn’t change, not rectified the meal. There was meat on the plate from the ribs and a mouthful that I had to spit out. Very disgusting. A free dessert? NO THANK YOU. He should be ashamed of himself for extremely poor customer service! Lack of skills!!!

The food (ribs) were poor quality the drinks were cheap with small glasses. We really only enjoy the bread and butter. Needless to say, we will NEVER return. Overpriced.

My Favorite Place

This location especially is amazing. The food is always perfect and the staff is friendly, fast and doesn't make mistakes. Its a bustling place on a busy night, and your food still comes out quick, hot and of the best quality! ! I LOVE the dungeness crab in April and My Husband loves Lobster Summer. Make sure you get a Chocolate Martini... if you like that sort of thing!! I do!
