They increased rent by 7% even though NS has a 2% cap right now and they won’t refund the money. They also require 6 months to re new a lease instead of the mandated 3 months. Place is dirty and run down.

Think twice before renting here.. They will have you sign a year lease and try to get you to renew 6 months in a advance... this does not work for a military family especially with the posting season in the summer and newborn on the way. To add to this, because we did not know what our situation would be they decided to rent our unit out without telling us and then to offer another unit across town. Why would I move to another unit with your company if I was treated this way in the first place..
