Mike is a class 1 guy. Makes the best pizza/garlic fingers/donair in all of Halifax. Delivery service is free of charge, extremely fast and convenient!!!

Terrible communication skills

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service. We drove all the way from Peggys Cove to purchase a donair poutine, once we got home we realized there was a problem with the order. We called & explained, they asked us to bring picture evidence our next visit; we complied with this request & included a video. I'm in disbelief that I traveled all the way back to H.P. to experience such ignorance from the cook. Even with proof I was basically called a liar. NEVER experienced this at any Alexandras.
