Very helpful. Very kind. My daughter is attending CBU and far from home and they made what started out as a stressful day so much better. So easy to call an arrange a pick up ahead of time and then have the same driver come back to get her when her appointment was done. To the driver of Car 29, thank you! Your kindness to her is very much appreciated and will not be forgotten.
Booked a taxi with this company in advance for a ride to the airport early morning. They never showed. When I called to find out where the taxi was, the rude man told me there were no taxis available ' "what can I do?". No apology. No warning. Just left me stranded with no way to get to the airport to catch a flight. Avoid this company.
I called for a cab amd waited for 1 hour. Operator doesnt know how to talk with their clients. very rude and unrespectful. City wide worse service. never call them
Completely unreliable! I called a cab over half an hour ago and they still havent arrived! Its the 1st time in 5 months since I called a cab. All I wanted was a ride to the flea market on Sunday. THEY RUINED MY WHOLE DAY!
I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Waited about 2 hours for a cab And when I tried to call just to inquire on the abouts of the cab I kept getting hung up on. Merry Christmas.!

I was just following taxi no39 right now. The driver opened his door at the red light on townsend and just threw his tim's coffee cup on the ground. He even had a client in the car. What kind of redneck company is this...

I am moving with a bunch of luggage and my cat. Cab driver came, saw the cat, said "I'm allergic to cats" and JUST LEFT, me, my cat and luggage out in the rain. Driver did not tell me what was happening or if/when a new cab was coming. What the heck!
The worst cab company in cape breton, hands down.
Awful customer service, sometimes doesn't pick up, refuses to give accurate wait times if you ask them.

This company is absolutely terrible. I called an hour and ten minutes before i had to work knowing the roads were not the best. I waited an hour and half and called numerous times to see where they were or even if they were coming at all. Needless to say i was late for work and not to answer to and tell me anything at all. Hope someone puts these guys out of business
My girlfriend was being dropped off at work. I was waiting up there for her. She asked the driver if he could take me home. His response was "no, he is a briands customer" So if that is the care I will not be using them again, and I will not call them for any of my customers at work.
I called to get a cab late Saturday night, they hung up on me 3 times.. the fourth time I called back I said: "Can you please not hang up on me this time?" .. they said "Not likely." and hung up in my ear for the fourth time. Needless to say, I wasn't able to get a taxi and will not be calling for one with this company again.
When I say horrible service..I mean it. I would never recommend this service. After calling numerous times to see if the taxi was on its way the dispatch person was so rude...asking my co worker if she was even on this planet...how un professional..the job I work for uses city wide on a daily basis..however that will change if I have any say in the matter...city wide should work on their customer service or maybe have friendlier dispatchers.
There are other cab companies in Sydney, I'd recommend any of them before City Wide. Waited over half an hour for a cab one morning. Called them back to say they should give some notice when people call for a cab if they are going to be so long. Their words were "I don't have a [expletive] crystal ball you should [expletive] ask when you call!" and then they hung up. This was the last time I would ever give them my business, I would recommend avoiding them.
