Jeff Felix wanted to see some change the hobby industry in Durham Region, so he opened Hobby Revolution. He has been involved with radio controlled hobby grade vehicles since the age of 14. It was something he was always passionate about and came back to after going to school for CNC Machining. So when the opportunity to open the store came up, Jeff was ready.
He opened the store in November 2013. “I had lots of friends and family helping; from getting the store started, setting everything up and getting the word out,” says Jeff. “There are definitely a lot of enthusiasts out there so I’m glad to cater to them. We carry things like radio controlled cars, trucks, boats, planes, helicopters, quad-copters, everything that goes along with them and more.”
